	Fees and Insurance We are providers for most insurance companies. Payment or co-payment is required at the time of service either by cash, check or credit card. Various payment schedules are available for obstetrical or gynecology care depending on the type of insurance and the source of payment. If you are pregnant, our staff in the billing and insurance departments will discuss these matters with you and make proper arrangements. Questions concerning your bill can be discussed with the billing department during regular office hours.
